The Cabin Crew Basic Training covers all your staff basic training needs with a complete offer among which you will find: a computer-based courseware including videos and animations (Cabin Knowledge Module), a Virtual Handset trainer enabling interaction with the communication system (for A350 XWB), an interactive tool for aircraft and cabin familiarization (virtual cabin), as well as the Flight Attendant Panel to practice and gain experience using a virtual FAP (FAP trainer).

The aim of the course is to provide airline personnel (cabin crew, instructors and cabin engineers) with information and operational instructions on Airbus aircraft and cabin systems and to reinforce competences for a successful Entry Into Service (EIS). The course also enables cabin crew instructors to develop training programmes and update the operating manuals in their own airline.
